For the year 2019, we are planning an investment volume of at least EUR 100 million on the Berlin market as well as in Leipzig and Halle in accordance with the investment strategy of our Family Office.

We are currently expanding our business to take account of the investment opportunities arising from the structuring of various forms of cooperation between our Berlin Family Office and private equity partners. Our preferred asset class remains the residential real estate, but the acquisition of viable commercial real estate is also an option already realized.

By the end of 2018, we had already acquired more than 50 properties in Leipzig and Halle, including building plots with and without planning permission / preliminary notice. The regional portfolio will continue to expand this year.

As for achieving our goals, we are optimistic. Our expertise includes excellent market knowledge for the regions of Berlin and Leipzig / Halle / Chemnitz, knowledge of the majority of current transaction opportunities in these markets and the intensive maintenance of contacts with a large number of private and institutional property owners. In addition, we work closely and successfully with regional and national real estate agents.
